Our pods are made to order and shipped in secure crates. Typical lead time is 8–12 weeks, depending on location and customization.

At QuietCubes, your satisfaction is important to us. However, since each of our pods is custom-made to order, we have a strict return and refund policy in place:
● Returns are not accepted for delays caused by shipping or logistics.
● All approved returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee based on the original order value.
● The pod must be returned in its original, unopened packaging, with the buyer covering all return shipping costs.
● Once the returned pod is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of the approval status. If approved, a 50% refund will be processed to your original payment method within 45 days.If you believe you’re eligible for a return, please contact our team at info@quietcubes.com
